I was so hungry after a whole afternoon of beach and 3 hours of horseback riding. We drove to Ciutadella, the west coast of Menorca that is known for it's old quarters and medieval streets to watch sunset and have dinner.

This lobster stew (Caldereta de Langosta) is served in almost every restaurant throughout the island. Cooked with local spiny lobsters, tomato, onion and garlic sauce, this traditional Menorcan also comes with a hefty price tag at 55-80 euros per pax (for a sharing dish).
